Amy and I just successfully marketed and sold our fabulous penthouse listing located at 4200 Laclede Avenue, Unit 301.  The property is located in the 4200 Laclede Condominium, a Central West End (CWE) 18-unit luxury development which is sometimes referred to as the Luyties Lofts.  The building was constructed in 1915 as a totally concrete structure in order to make it fire-resistant.  It served as a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility for decades.  It was totally renovated into luxury condo units in 2006.  The ceiling heights are 18 feet on the two main floors, resulting in the condos on those two floors being two-level units.  This CWE property also has two fabulous one-level penthouse units built on the roof of the building.  Our listing, Unit 301, was one of those and it has spectacular views facing east, looking toward downtown and the arch.
